Do you mean to cache (keep a local copy to reduce bandwidth)? Otherwise I am wondering if you are somehow trying to make money.

not really, a cache (not cash)  is always some kind of man in the middle...which will save some way of heavy work by keeping intermediate results.
cache a place to store/hide things
cash an amount of money

you can by using squid proxy server in transparent mode so no MiTM, and set it to cache video, however you must set caching on a very large drive because it will get fill pretty quickly

HAproxy can be configured for transparent mode  it won't do content based caching. (as any data will be encrypted).
A proxy can tag (and ensure) that the outside was  HTTPS so the backend doesn't need to.
(it can be used for loadbalancing & session management.

Then again what would be the problem, the world facing connection (wether webserver or proxyserver)  would need HTTPS anyway.

you're confusing caching, with filtering squid cannot do filtering without man in the middle but it does not stop it from caching

with the mitm i have to install a certifcate on all cleints and i cant do that !
what i want is to caching youtube videos without any changes from clients side...
