Exchange 2010 - Swap Activation Preference

Hi,

Is there a way to swap the priority on activation preference in exchange 2010? See attached screenshot for reference request.

I don't see any attachment. If your question is to change the activation preference, yes you can change it. Use below command

Set-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity Databasename\Servername -ActivationPreference 2

If my DB is mounted, HA and still moving users mailbox. Can i still set the priority? Tks

Yes, you can set it anytime. Rest you follow your company change process. If they allow you to do in production hours, do it. As per my experience, you should do all changes in off hours.
Where to set it from GUI instead of command line?
Goto to EMC, Org configuration>Select Mailbox>Database Management>Select DB>Properties and change it.
