I have a Galaxy Note5 that I use as an auxiliary device. &nbsp;In other words it does not have a SIM card in it. &nbsp;It only connects to the internet via Wi-Fi.<br />

I would like to have Google Voice to be the default dialer for this device. &nbsp;I tried to research this issue a few times but I can't seen to figure it out.<br />
