Always Show Flagged Emails under Tasks
Hi Experts,
I am using Outlook 2010 and Outlook 365 with MS Exchange . I heavily rely on Tasks, and often flag an email in order to make it as task.
I usually hide the folder pane in order to have more visibility, but I notice sometime the task goes to my Task folder for my email account and not to my To-Do List.
I have noticed that the between the two is that the To-Do List shows my flagged emails, where as my Task folder does not.
My question is, how can I make the Tasks always go to my To-Do List and perhaps make my other task folders hidden or deleted; or how can I make flagged emails also appear in my Task Folders?
Thank you,

But how can I make the to do list be the default?

A to-do item is any Outlook item that has been flagged for follow-ups, such as a task, an e-mail message, or a contact.
so you can flag all your task to show up in the to-do list.
