play and loop video from a certain timestamp

Hello Experts,

I need to play and loop a video from a certain timestamp. The video length 00:15.
There are 3 buttons on the page and on each when click the video should start playing from a certain timestamp and end on a certain timestamp and if possible loop within the given timestamp?

I was checking the video.js and the plugin videojs-time-offset.js but I could not get it to work at all.

Any help would be appreciated. would not mind on a "real-time-help" option. Thanks!
