Cannot add new node to Existing DAG exchange 2016

Dear All,

A few weeks ago i have remove one node (EX5) from my DAG manually. After complete the window and exchange installation, i try to add the new node (EX3) back to DAG but i go the error message as below.
"The fully qualified domain name for node 'EX5' could not be found."

Note: I have three nodes before EX1,EX2 and EX5 and now i remove EX5 and the new server is EX3.

Hi Kimhong,

Verify thtat you pre-staged the cluster name object for a database availability group properly according to this document. If you have configured it correctly, then try to re-create it.

I have to create new DAG computer in AD but I still get the same message error.
do you have another solution?

I would suggest creating an IP-Less DAG. I use the IP-less DAG in Exchange 2016, and since there is no Administrative Access Point there is no need for a DAG object in AD. See below to assist in creating an IP-Less DAG. That is one of the best options to me in Exchange.
