Canon MF236n and iPad mini intermittent No devices found
iPad mini (Not sure what version) with new Canon MF236n printer on network. Canon Buisness print was installed and test print jobs were done successfully. The printer is brand new, installed yesterday. Today the client called and said AirPrint results in NO PRINTERS FOUND. He has attempted several times, and standing near the wireless router even. I have used the older MF216n with apple devices for years without issue. In fact this job, I replaced a power failure MF216n device. What steps should I recommend to end user for troubleshooting? The printer is working perfectly from all Windows devices (including wireless).

Canon business print is an app.
Airprint does not need an app installing, it is native driverless printing for Apple applications.
Is Airprint enabled on the MFD?
Looking at the manual, it is not enabled by default.

I am not sure about iPad, but there is an App on my iPhone for Airprint. Either way should work.
Turn the iPad completely OFF, start it up again and test.

wyliecoyoteuk, I have installed the Canon Biz app which integrates into airprint on the iPad. It works right away, anf then over time it fails to locate any printers. If his problem continues, I will enable airprint on the printer. All Android devices work great, and was wondering if iOS has an issue with Canon Biz app now.
Look at the IOS Support site above for the Canon app
