The appearance and ease of use. &nbsp;when it first came out, when you purchased it, incredimail was a lifetime purchase. &nbsp;They have since gone to a yearly subscription. &nbsp;I was hit by the flood in Houston, TX caused by Hurricane Harvey and was totally wiped out. &nbsp;When I tried to get my lifetime code from them, they said that they do not have any record of it and that I should buy their yearly subscription. &nbsp;Frack that, I was with them in the beginning, now they have gotten greedy. &nbsp;I will find something that is just as easy to use, with a simple interface.
