CIsco ATA 190, Incoming fax issue

I have problem with Cisco ATA 190. Incoming fax is not working. There is no issues with the Outgoing.

Call flow: Vendor==>GATEWAY==>CUCM==>Cisco ATA 190

did a debug and proper dial-peer are matching?
When I am calling externally and internally Fax beep sound can hear.

What type of connection to the PSTN (SIP, PRI, Analog)? What type of gateway (MGCP, H.323, SIP)?

User generated imagePRI and the gateway is H323. I have attached the gateway configuration.
What about your controller configuration and clocking?

If controller had timing issues the PRI would bounce frequently.

IMHO, Fax / Cisco ATA 190s are a total PITA. On the ATA configuration page in CUCM, there are a couple of options to play with. These options need to match the settings in Voip Service VoIP on the Router.
On the router, you currently have T38 Fax selected. This needs to be reflected on the ATA config page.
Fax Tone Detect needs to be Caller or Callee on the ATA page.

If you can't get it to work by matching setting in CUCM and the router, change the Fax Protocol on the router to to Pass-Through and matching that on the ATA page in CUCM. Also, reduce the fax speed on the router to 9600. Its slow, but it seems to be a magic pill.
