How can we improve SSRS performance?
My NAHost is 2016 vm, 4 CPUs, 16GB, 60GB free. I started w/SQL 2016 Express SP2, then upgraded to SQL Developer SP2.
When I click on a report it takes 10 seconds to start doing something, 15 seconds before the SSRS header comes up, and another 15 seconds before it renders data.
Upgrading to SQL Developer allows for more memory to be consume by SQL server, but no real improvement on SSRS performance.
I don't have a lot of demo data, so it should be faster.
Any thoughts on increasing SSRS performance?
