Outlook 2010 certain email is getting to the inbox and then automaticaly moved to spam folder.

Outlook 2010,  a certain email arrives in my inbox, than after about 1 minute it gets moved to spam folder, if the Spam folder is not there it creates it.  Domain & email address exception are entered but still has no effect.  There are no rules set to make this email leave the inbox and go to spam folder.  Checked Add-in's, there is nothing in add-ins that would make this email move to spam folder.  Trend Micro Message Security 9.5 is running on PC and has been completely turned off to test for any issue within.  I attached the actual email to this question.

How can I stop this email from leaving the inbox and being moved to Spam folder.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Mark,
Is your phone set up to receive these emails as well? If you have used the default email application on your phone it can be causing this.
Example - Samsung email app creates a spam folder and moves what it deems to be junk mail.   If you are using the default email app on your phones please remove this email account off of your phone and download either outlook for android or outlook for ios.
Have you tried adding the sender (Chamberlain Support <MyQ-Notifications@mychamberlain.com>) to the Safe Senders list? It should fix the problem.

C2v,  Yes, the domain has been added to the safe sender list.

Fox, I do have Exchange Active Sync, and the phone is using the default email  program on his Samsung 8.
Guaranteed the default email program on the phone is the issue.  You can either remove the sender that is being blocked from his spam settings or remove your email account from the default email program and install outlook for android and use your email on that application.
The sender is not blocked anywhere on his phone nor on his Outlook 2010 PC.  He is a creature of habit, and Im not sure what he will do if I try to put a different email application on his phone other than what he currently uses (default program).

This why I don't understand why this is happening all the sudden.

Mark-
I am certain it is coming from the app on the phone but feel free to run the below command in Exchange Management Shell

Get-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration "emailaddressofyouruser"
I cant find a safe senders list in the email program on his phone, just a block list in which there is nothing in it.
From the command you has me run:
The Domain (*@mychaimberlain.com is listed in the trusted sender list.
mychamberlain.com should be sufficient   The open ( might be throwing it off.

Run
Set-mailboxJunkEmailConfiguration 'emailaddressofuser' -TrustedSendersandDomains $null

then run
Set-mailboxJunkEmailConfiguration 'emailaddressofuser' -TrustedSendersandDomains "mychamberlain.com"
I see you sorted it out Mark...what was your final fix?
Fox,
Going to the Phones default email and deleting SPAM Domain Address from he block list.

Thank you for all your help and patients.

I thought you had checked it already.   Nevertheless I'm glad it is resolved!!!   Those samsung email apps always do this.
Be good....
Yep, I was under a little pressure to get it fixed and missed the Domain, I was looking for the entire email address.
