Undelieverable bounceback when accepting internal meeting requests
Undeliverable message when accepting internal calendar invites. We migrated to hosted Exchange from on-premise earlier this year and the issue is still occurring on this users profile.
What I've tried:
Uninstall/reinstall Office 2016
Rebuilt profile
Followed steps from hosting provider: https://kb.intermedia.net/Article/2344
However, his screenshot shows 'Email type' as 'S', not SMTP. This is only affecting internal meeting invites, he can email them directly with no issue. Screenshot attached.

To access this solution, you must be a member of Experts Exchange.
Perhaps is has something to do with the RingCentral add-in? Can you try it with the add-in disabled and with a regular meeting request? Or simply try it from OWA, where this add-in should not interfere.

Resolved by having a new invite sent, double clicking the users email address, clicking "internet type" to autofill to SMTP, accepted message.
Closed, reopened outlook and tested with issue resolved.

Try this: Create a new email and start to type that recipient's name and then it should autofill with a list. Click the X by the name to delete it.
Now go and create a test calendar item and send to that person and see if it works.
