DHCP Has Red Arrow

DHCP shows red arrow, see pic, what does this mean?

It says you are using IPv6 and either IPv4 is not being used or the machine could not get an IPv4 address.

Check our your IPv4 DHCP server to make sure addresses are available.
OR,
If you are using a router for DHCP see how DHCP is set up in terms of IPv4 or IPv6.

In a tiny network, you can use IPv4 if you wish.
