Microsoft 365 and AutoPilot pre-configure new devices for Offshore workers

At this point I'm getting familiar with this stuff.

Our customer has a Microsoft 365 Business order and ultimately we wan't to use AutoPilot to help delivering laptops for offshore workers. The Win 2016 Server domain Dir Sync is already working as well as password writeback via Azure Active Directory Premium P1 order.

I have managed to upload device csv to M365 but don't have any Device Groups there because don't know if I need them.

1. From literature I noticed that M365 includes Win 10 Business licenses. Currently the Domain Computers has OEM (HP) Win 10 Pro installed. Should I update the Win 10 Pro to Win 10 Business and how?
2. What would be the next major steps in order to better utilize the AutoPilot?

BTW, the customer has apx 50 employees and apx. 5-10 Offshore Workers.

Thanks David

Where do I download the Win 10 Business? Do I need it in order to get AutoPilot working?
