Outlook 2007 preview changed, how to change it back?

Using Outlook 2007 using .ost file on a Win7Pro machine connected to SBS 2008 and Exchange 2007.  A couple days ago I hit a key on my keyboard and that seemed to change the view I see in the column under the All Mail Items...this is the column where you click on an email and it displays in the window to the right.  The window to the right looks fine. It is the area where I click the email in the list.  That used to be a minimal view, that only showed sender and timestamp and subject line.   Now it shows a lot more and I don't like that.  How to get this area to show the minimal view again?  To be more clear, this is the area where all the inbox emails show up, one after another, sorted using "A on top".  This column shows all the emails in my inbox and the list is displayed with too much of the email, making the list of emails run on and on.  It used to only display the senders name and timestamp and the subject line only.  Now it shows that and also the first couple of lines of the body of the email, as well, and that takes up too much space.

@FOX I ran that and re-opened Outlook, now it says Loading... but nothing shows up.  How long is it going to show nothing?

Actually, now Outlook is "Not Responding".
Give it a few minutes to revert to what it was.  If after a few minutes if it doesn't open up.  Try to close it normally, if not, force  via task manager then run the below from the run box.

outlook  /safe

Right.  Closed it, then upon re-open it went to safe mode.  Now closed and re-opened and seems fine.  Thanks for the help.
Nice!!

Did you really only get 50 points for this answer?  My questions used to award 500 or 1,000 points.  Don't really get the "improvements" EE makes sometimes.
I didn't check, don't worry about it.  As long as your issue is resolved.   If I had a dollar for every point ..............................................................
