I'd like to have a command line solution, maybe python, but am open to other solutions/utilities.<br />

Frequently, I manually download an excel file from a webpage. It requires me to first logon.<br />
<br />
Hovering my mouse over the link doesn't show anything, i.e. to give a clue to the link.<br />
Picking the link opens another page.<br />
The page's link address is: <a href="https://website.com/V006498/FileDownload.htm?item=SomeRandomNumber" rel="ugc">https://website.com/V006498/FileDownload.htm?item=SomeRandomNumber</a><br />
Then, a dialog pops up asking to download the file w/ OK prompt.<br />

If possible, I'd like to run this as a scheduled task.
