Some photos can be moved and some not.
The photos marked by the red line can be moved into and out of the folders you see. The photo marked by the green line won't drag. Attempts get me a circle with a black line through the circle from 5 o'clock to 11 o'clock.
Why can some be moved and others can not and I've never noticed this until today. I did drag 9 photos out of the pictures folder and onto the desktop. I can not move the one marked with the green arrow. (?)

I have not restarted the computer today but the bronze trophy would not move yesterday and does not move today.

I don't see that on my Windows 10 Pro machine. Is that a Server Property?

A sample of 5-6 photos were able to be dragged to the desktop today.
They did not on Tuesday but some did on Wednesday.
Today the startup seems to solve it.

How do I get back to the "best solution" and "assisted" closing format?
They changed the system so you need to enter a support question.

Classic view is not seen on my web page though it is mentioned in the thread about closing a question.
I was testing certain actions since the article on closing had steps 5 and 6 after the first 4 steps.
It says the question here is solved.
It is but the points are not. This needs to be changed back to not solved pending classic view.

You need to ask Southmod to help you. Awarding points at random is not very helpful.
The system is broken and Helpful is not a substitute.

I was told that each of you see 500 points on your end as being assisted.

One thing to keep in mind, in case this happens again down the road... For a while, keep track of what apps you touch your pics with, including any camera or phone apps that move them to the PC. One of them may have a bug, that's not closing them correctly, which may have caused this issue in the first place. Windows is also often responsible for not clearing in use flags, so make sure you have everything up to date.
Select one you CANNOT drag and do the same thing.
Please post both results here.
