how to add different network subnet in vmware esxi host
Dear Experts
I am having VMware ESXI host of 6.7 version on with 8 VM’s and the network is of 192.168.1.0/24 network, with one management network VMkernel ports vmk0 192.168.1.17 and with virtual swtich vSwtich 0. Portgroup = VMNetwork with 8 VMs on vSwitch0 and Management network on vSwitch0, the physical nics are connected to the eithernet switch of L3, Now would like to introduce network 192.168.87.0/24 that is one VM should be assigned with IP 192.168.87.8 and this is to be DMZ where 443 is open for the external users and this server to talk with 192.168.1.25 server on ports 389, 443, can you please help me the steps to follow as this is as separate subnet, I have physical nic in spare , should I have to create vswtich , port group can you please help me the steps to follow please. Thanks in advance

do not require to add the VMkernel Nic for this subnet.
no, that's not going to help you. There is no need to assign an IP Address to ESXi.
