Can't Update CC 2018 Dreamweaver
I am getting an error trying to update CC 2018 Dreamweaver.
https://gyazo.com/fbfdd1878031b2c39db2d41ae8f2ab59
I need to remove the existing folder according to the log file.
In the past, I never got this error so I am not familiar with the steps to resolve this problem. It seems that renaming the file should be a good fix but when I do, I get the message I don't have admin privileges. However, I am the only user and the computer says I have admin privileges. So what am I missing?

"the computer says I have admin privileges" - question is, are you running elevated? Run the program via right click, selecting "run as administrator".

I am not really trying to run a program. Just trying to use File Explorer and rename the folder.

I must have had an app open using the folder. Because I just tested it and it worked fine.

Thanks for getting me straight.
