Exchange 2013 Cert problems

Exchange 2013 Default SMTP Cert got overwritten
Was installing a ssl cert had to use exchange management shell as cert would not import correctly.
Was going through the steps with the ssl support team an my default exchange smtp cert got overwritten.
Since this happened i cannot open my exchange administration  e-centre or my exchange management shell
i can open it if replace the localhost name with the url that the ssl cert was installed for mail.testdomain.com/ecp but it dosent recognise the server correctly but can logon
the ssl cert has seemed to install ok.
This is my second exchange server i am running another excahnge server.
i was going to import everything from the old server to the new server
Both servers running exchange 2013 the old server still the main server and that still is ok
Had transfered some test mailboxes across to the new server and they can no longer connect to the new exchange server
Clients dont see the new exchange box
This was working o.k. until the ssl cert was installed and default one got overwritten

is it a case of uninstall and reinstall
Any help you can give would be great ?
Thank you

Hi Experts,

Thanks for coming back to me with your suggestions .
i will try then this morning and let you know how i get on.
Fingers crossed
thanks
Hi Experts,

Sunil Chauhan - Checked the external URI setup on the Virtual Directory and all looks o.k.

Tom Cieslik -  Tried what you suggested and no joy

Jose Gabriel Ortega C -  What going to export the certs and import them but when i go to open exchange management shell it can't connect to the new exchage server srv5 it defaults to srv3 the old exchange server

This problem all occured when i purchased the Comodo SSL cert and i couldn't get it to install correctly and contacted support and they remoted on and ran some command line stuff and installed the cert but in the process over wrote my default smtp cert.
So if open my Excahange admin or Exchange Management shell it wont connect to srv5.
i think the first thing i need to do is get the Excahnge program opening right and worry about the ssl cert after that.
Any ideas how to correct this ?
Thanks for your hekp so far and hope you can understand this ?
As of yet did'nt get this problem resolved.
So going to close the call for the moment as see what else i can do
Thank you for your help and comments.
