Group Policy to set Chrome to have all 21 defaults on client computers

What steps need to be followed to create a group policy to set Google Chrome to have all 21 defaults (so it will be the default web browser) on all Server 2016 and Windows 10 computers within my domain?

I have already added the Chrome Administrative templates (https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/187202) to my Server 2016 group policy templates and have gone to the User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Google |  Google Chrome | Set Chrome as the Default Browser | Enable section to set Google Chrome as the deault web browser. I got these steps through my other question here.

However, even after the group policy has refreshed on the Server 2016 servers and Windows 10 computers Google Chrome still isn't the default web browser.

So I am now looking for a way of setting Google Chrome to have all 21 defaults (so it will be the default web browser) on all Server 2016 and Windows 10 computers.

How can this be done?

At the Client, verify if that GPO has applied at all.
