After changing ISP from T1 to Cable line but web rule on the ISA 2006 doesn't working.

I've been using ISA 2006 well with T1 line. I was trying to change Optimum Cable line with 5 static IP instead of T1 but it was denied by the default rule and web rule can't go through as attached files. I have changed only IP address on the external network adapter.
Do you have any comment?

What you're asking may seem simple + has near infinite variations.

Best option for you is to work with your upstream provider.

Also, I'd suggest you consider hiring someone to look through the entire design of your system.

Or describe what you're trying to accomplish.

If you're trying to run servers (Web, etc...) on an in house server, best to only do this with sites generating no income... because you have huge exposure if your connection dies or you have a long power outage, unless you have a generator + enough fuel to keep you online for a few days.

If you're running a money site, then hire someone to help you redesign your system to best determine what resources to keep local + what resources to deploy on a leased server running in a NOC (network operations center) with redundant backbone connections + generators.
