Wifi remote controlled landline phone dialer

hi,
I have a Talktalk account that allows me to divert my landline to another number. If i want to change the number i have to dial a series of codes from the landline phone itself. If Talktalk don't start to offer this feature as a remote service i may consider some kind of wifi remote controlled dialler, is there something like that in existence that's easy to setup? As i need to be able to change the divert number remotely.
Thanks

Google Voice allows you to have one number and then via the web interface change the number it forwards to.  https://voice.google.com/about

hi Scott, thanks it seems this is US only i need UK but some googling suggests there may be a way.
In any case this kind of service could work.

I still have a yac number that works from many years ago, however it's premium which is not good for callers and also it looks like a mobile (cellular) number but it won't accept sms and i don't wanr messages disappearing into a void.

Various subscription services eg Skype in or an 0800 https://www.telecomsworldplc.co.uk/0800numbers

I wanted to use the Talktalk though as it's free and works but might try the above 0800 if no luck
