Restore Partition after spanning and messing up

Hello
info to begin with: Physical disk #1 320GB, Physical disk #2 250GB (both MBR)

Is it possible to restore a disk #1 partition after the following:

- Span disk #1 & #2 into 1 big dynamic partition ~530GB (GPT) ( JBOF mode )
- Accidentally delete disk #2 partition (results in deleting both #1 & #2)
- Set #1 back to MBR
- Restore spanned #1&#2 lost partition (using MT PartitionWizard) 530GB into the 320GB space of #1
- Delete #1 (messed up partition)
- Create Simple volume #1
- Try to restore? (I get the existing (empty) partition instead of the old lost one (spanned, or the main #1 partition))

I lost 35 GB of important work data and i would totally be grateful if a hero comes along and helps me get back the partition or at least get back my files :(

Thanks David,
These seem to find more stuff that the one i was using (Active File/Partition Recovery)
but.... either way i didn't get any file back

I checked found volumes, i only got empty volumes or ones of very old windows installations
in that case, contact a recovery service, and ask if they cann help, and at what price
a known good one is Gillware : http://www.gillware.com/
Extra information:
When i restored the spanned partition into disk #1 using minitool partition wizard, ( 530gb partition into the space of 298gb)
it showed it like this:
 - - - - - (Outside the view) - - - - |--------------[----------------------------------------------]    |

Could this mean that it restored the records of my files to the void ?

(Physically exist on the beginning of disk #1, but in software they exist at an invalid place which doesn't let programs find them on the disk) Just theorizing
Correction: I meant JBOD not jbof in the main post

UPDATE: I found an old copy of all the work files in another disk which is also formatted (the files were transfered from it to the disk#1 that i was talking about)
so... i guess i'll accept my fate... I have to repeat what i've completed lately... but it's much better than losing everything completely

Though I don't know yet if they are going to work after restoring...

EDIT: Nothing is working.... all are just dummy files... oh my god..
EDIT2: I found another partition AND IT HAS THE WORKING FILES!
