Can't access OWA using Chrome

Cannot connect to Outlook Web Access through Chrome.

When  I try to connect to https://xxx.xxxx.com I get the error message: 'this site can't be reached' and on the firewall the incoming transaction is blocked indicating it is a http: connection.

When I connect to the same site/URL using i.e. or MS Edge, everything works as expected.

did you try resetting chrome back to defaults?  Click the 3 dots to the top right of chrome>Click settings>Scroll all the way down>Click advanced >scroll all the way down>Click restore to defaults

when you access OWA be sure to type it the following:

https://xxx.xxx.com/OWA

Just to clarify, I have tried both suggestions.
Is the name you are attempting to connect to on your Exchange cert. So if you are connecting to https://mail.domain.com/owa is "mail.domain.com" on the cert?

yes.
Just to confirm, you are not getting this error are you?

no,
I am getting the standard 'this site can't be reached'
Oh ok, also I think chrome has some type of adblock that can block your connection. look for that and try to disable it or remove your URL from it if it is there and try again. Also completely clear the cache and any data in chrome and disable any extensions to see if that helps.

This is the full error message.
I have just noticed the last line:
This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://xxx.xxxxx.com might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY

The IIScrypto has done the job.
