Netflow collection information

My customer has PRTG Network Monitor Installed, also has a Catalyst 2960X on their infrastructure. We configured a Netflow V9 sensor for 1 interface but when we check data collected by PRTG, it only shows some kbytes for each 15 minutes. We tried to modify configuration on PRTG but there are no much options to configure that sensor. Does anyone can help me if my cisco configuration is not okey maybe? My customer wants to check how many MB passed throught that interface each 15 minutes (We tried copying a 300mb file between 2 PCs but no changes
