Endpoint MRS Proxy

I'm in the migration project for Exchange Online and using the MRS Proxy, but the internet link that is leaving the address of the endpoint is very slow.

Can I switch to DNS Externo for a fixed ip where it has a better link?

Hi Robs,
Can you elaborate?  Your query is not clear to me. Sorry for that.

Sure I can.

I am in a hybrid Exchange project Migrating mailboxes to Office 365.

But the provider link that is leaving the Exchange Onpremis for the Internet is too low.

Can I change to another internet provider and change the public IP address of this new one in external DNS?

Changing EWS IP \ URL will impact any other application utilizing the service. Why don't you bump up the bandwidth during the migration temporary instead of this this major change?

This attempt to increase the link would take a lot from the client because they have 4 more links would change to a better link and would change in external dns of course
