In both cases you need to recreate outlook profile. <br />
Microsoft says percentage to be below 2% of migrated mailboxes. <br />
I have experience of an higher percentage, about 10%

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers.
