Hot key for screen capture in MS One Note stopped working

I'm using an older version of Microsoft One-Note (from Office 2007) - mainly to copy parts of my screen to file. Has worked great. Activated by pressing Windows key + S. After upgrading from Win7 Pro to Win 10 on my PC, this hot-key doesn't work anymore. Is it possible to get this (or another key combination) to activate the screen capture mode?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

OneNote needs to be running in the background for its screen capture to work
Check your setting have this enabled
Onenote > Tools > Options > Other
Make sure - Place OneNote icon in the notification are of the taskbar - is checked
And
Disable screen clipping - is unchecked

Next best alternative is Windows Screen Snipping tool

Thanks.
Checked the mentioned settings, and they are ok. Can also see the OneNote icon in the notification area or the task bar. When right-clicking this icon, I get an option to make a screen clip.
Seems like the old hot-key is the only thing that isn't working. Maybe there is a new hot-key?
