Using Powershell to manage inbox message and process them automatically from the SERVER not from the workstation

in exchange 2016 on premises:

I would like to PowerShell a scheduled task with the following purpose
- analzing the inbox of a shared mailbox
- Process the emails following "rules"

a Rule will be

-depending on emailaddress AND some structured content of the body AND the subject, save the message to a network drive.

I want to run this ONLY on a server. I do not want to use Outlook Rules neither a PowerShell running on a client having Outlook.

any help how to begin ?
