MAX DATE ON MULTIPLE FIELDS
I have this table called tbl_PO_OPEN and I have 4 date fields that I'm tryint to query against.
I attached both the db and the excel file for the rationale of what the query should be, highligthed in yellow.
What the goal is to create a query that takes the 4 dates that is less than 10/1/18/18 and the amount associated to each supplier that is less than 10/1/18 for each supplier.

why if 2 records match all dates < 10/1/2018 , one is selected and one is not?

I would have to account for each row so I can add up the total cost for each supplier as well.
