SSIS Failed to start project (Microsoft Visual Studio)

Creating an SSIS app with VS 2015.  Finally have the pieces connected.  When I run it I receive the below error.

Yes.  Still have not solved it.  There used to be a feature to request for attention.  I seem not to be able to find it.

Yes, that feature still exists.  It might be collapsed in your view right now, but if you go to your original post and click 'View Full Question' it should appear like this.

Ah, I understood "report question" to mean that that there was a negative posting or posting that should not have been made so it should be reported.

Yeah, we changed Request Attention to Report Question, Comment, Article, etc because users wanted to report individual posts, but would have to report entire questions and if that happened our askers couldn't get help from our moderators because there was an already open request.  So now more than one person can use our reporting system which allows overlap and doesn't exclude people.  Hope that makes sense.

Yeah, "Report Question" is misleading.  "Request Attention" is better.
