I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What's wrong with Wix?

Wix, Weebley, Squarespace, Wordpress, and Drupal are all good options.

Are you wanting something to customize with code or just minor modifications in the builder?

WordPress is a good option... with Gutenberg update in coming versions it will have a page builder of its own.

as of now you can install Gutenberg as a plugin and use the page builder functions.

I tried it out and it seems to be good addition.

here is a intro video on Youtube

Thanks,
Prasadh

I think most things are going to the subscription model.

What OS are you using? Window? Mac?

What is your skill set for web development?  none or very little web dev but have a good technical mind?

or enough to be dangerous, know the difference between an id and a class, basic css and understand how to reconfigure a page responsively?

or expert level front end / back end?
