New email address policy - Exchange 2013
Hi Guys, I need help!
Have a Microsoft Exchange Exchange environment with Hybrid with Microsoft Exchange Online.
The client has multiple e-mail address policies, we installed a new Exchange Server 2013 in a new DataCenter through an attempt to create a new policy for a new domain, the problem that is not displaying to the Domain Controller OU.
In the old CAS I can see normal as OR.

My current CAS that was installed by the last one has CU 21.
I didn't understand what you meant when you said "the problem that is not displaying to the Domain Controller OU", also did you make the new domain and accepted domain?

As the customer changes the data center, we install a new CAS in the new environment.
But we need to add a new policy rule when the expansion OUs do not appear.
The Client Domain Controller is in the Old DC with IP range different from the current CAS.

From previous experience can you edit the policy and then save it again and see if it shows. Are you running CU20 for 2013 or an earlier version?
