How do I permanently delete Saved Searches and stop the damn hourly notices!

How to delete Saved Searches and stop the damn hourly notices?
These damn things are annoying as hell and suddenly, without any involvement from me, have been turned on and I cannot stop them! I'm assuming it was a wonderful idea from someone at E-E.

- I've changed notifications to none by deselecting all of the hourly notification settings
- I attempted to find the place in E-E to delete the search, just so I stop getting notified, and cannot find that.

Please assist with how to stop these hourly notices and with deleting the search.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your question.

slightwv has provided great directions on how to turn this off.  Thank you, slightwv.

As far as providing context as to why this happened, it was a planned feature the company implemented.  Ample notice was provided to our community experts group here in a discussion posted by the Community Adviser Rob Jurd.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and I was able to verify on your account that this feature is now turned off.

slightwv provided the link to find what I was looking for.

@Kyle: So, the update was posted on a page that, at least I, do not visit regularly. Perhaps this should have been sent as a notification like the actual notices? We see those!
