OWA: Problem receiving hyperlink
OWA receives an email with a valid link, but it is not hyperlinked.
When forwarding message the hyperlink lights up and is clickable, but not on the original message.
Would like to know how to get OWA to see the link as accessible the first time around and simply click on it to access.

What version of Exchange?
ASKER
Hosted Exchange via Microsoft Portal - not through a reseller.
Which of the two are you talking about:
- OWA hosted via on prem Exhange Servers
- Office365

Did you try on another web browser? Refresh the cache/cookie and tried again?
ASKER
Firefox and IE - both up to date and refreshed
Are you accessing this internally or externally?
I have never seen an OWA setup that doesnt use DNS rather than IP address, so somethings wrong there.
My guess would be that your users trying to access it dont have access to 10.35.208.101 as its a private IP address that only works inside your network.

Is it for all email accounts or just a specific one? Is it the same behavior on Outlook desktop or Outlook app?
ASKER
@Francois Peroux: This occurs just for a specific account - always using OWA instead of the desktop app.
@Jacob Durham: this happens only for one user, so not sure this applies, but thank you

Is there a banner at the top of the message that says "Link have been disabled." ?

My pleasure, let us know what the solution proposed. I'm curious about what could cause that. Thanks! Good luck.

Check if there is "safe link policy" is applied to user.
Check in advance threats > safe link > "Policies that apply to the entire organization" or "Policies that apply to specific recipients"
