This can be various reasons,<br />

1) Check if the server is properly resolving the SCCM server fqdn<br />
2) Check firewall / ports not conflict and forcefully used by any other application on the affected server<br />
3) Time Sync<br />
4) SCCM client logs on the affected server.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; i) Check the locationservices.log, WindowsUpdate.log, Updatestore.log, updatedeployment.log, updateshandler.log and WUAhandler.log.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; ii) In the devices node in the ConfigMgr console, look up the device, right-click -&gt; Properties -&gt; Deployments (tab). If you do not <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; see the software updates you expect in the list of deployed items, then double-check that the device is actually in the <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; appropriate collection being used to target the updates deployment.
