Be interesting to see if you did a touch (or Windows equivalent) on all folders, so they all had the exact same access + modification time.<br />

See if all the folders show up then.<br />
<br />
If they do, might be a good time to backup your data + retire your old NAS... Just pull out the drives + use them in a newer NAS box.
