Otherwise I would recommend looking at products offered by whatever email provider you use. If you use gmail then i'd go with their google docs. If you use office 365 then take a look at their onedrive. Otherwise there is dropbox that is always good as well. As far as backups go it would be best to look at a 3rd party backup solution to ensure it's a true offsite backup.
