Wireless AP password change for 200 users or more without having to set it up on individual computers

I have an network with 200 users. we have 5 branch offices connecting through VPN. I have Cisco WAP571. I think it will be difficult to change the password across the users. Can i do this with GPO? Any ideas how this will work. I want to set up a radius server as well. what are the benefits of having a radius server?

How is authentication currently setup for your wireless. Is it a fixed password that the users have entered on their computers. Thus, if you change it they will need to enter the new one?
Change youre wireless sidd to 802.x if this is posible. then you will never have this issue.
Yes, a radius server will come into play if you plan to use 802.1x. This way the users can have their own per user and/or machine authentication on your wireless network. They will no longer use a shared wireless pre-share.

Ok, so setting up a radius server solves this problem? Do i have to set the radius on my AD server? or any other server in my windows network ?
Yes Radius in windows would work.
Is there any documentation that could help ?
this one should cover quite a lot for you.

you also need to make changes to wireless access point aswelll, setting SSID to WPA2-Enterprise rather than WPA2-PSK

in addition to avoiding password change, 802.1X is far more secure, given the fact that each user have their own dynamic passphrase for encryption, and you also get visibility into your network, in terms of who is connected - youll get a username, rather than a MAC-address to look for.
