Set the Screen Saver to None and let the Display just go black. If there is no screen saver, it should not ask for screen password.
Do not try to remove the Windows Login Password.

First, we need clarity on what password you are talking about
- Is it your Windows login password,
- password after screensaver,
- or a startup password?

sure.. this is my Windows login password, it's a screen login password, not startup password. do you have any solution for that?
Turn off screen saver - did you try that?
try nordahls offline password https://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
in most cases - you simply have to use enter
but since i believe you do not want this - does this help?

I tried ntpassowrd to make a bootable USB but it keeps saying: not table found when booting.. what I was wrong?
Personally, I wouldn't recommend using CMD to reset the password for people who don't know much about the computer, though command prompt is one of the most effective ways to help you regain access to the locked device. Instead, there are free Windows password recovery with GUI so the user can operate it with a mouse, the usual way we do on Windows computer. Here is the best free program I found out recently: https://www.passfolk.com/windows-password-recovery.html
how did you make the stick?
you can also post a picture of the boot error
