"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Imho there is no endpoint for your URL.

Repositories must be added per repository to the Apache config.

To check this, I enter the URL in your browser. When you'll get an equivalent error message, then your server setup is incorrect or incomplete.

You must provide a well formed URL first.

https://mypc/svn/SampleProject is malformed, because mypc has no TLD.

Almost looks like you're trying to setup a local repository, which may or may not work.

Setup/Usage of local repositories is a bit different than public repositories.
