Now it's working.  Didn't do anything.  Just ran some errands, came back home...ran the JSFiddle (at the link I originally provided) and now it works.

Before I was getting those green boxes instead of the "red particle trail" you are supposed to get when the animation runs.

Should I ask to close this?
