Link to Wechat

Hi Experts,

In order to add a  FaceBook  link to a website, I linked to https://www.facebook.com/abccompany/; for LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/abc/

Does anyone know how to do this for Wechat, or if it is possible? Truthfully I have never use Wechat, and guessing you need a user id. How can I instruct the client to get that ID?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

WeChat does have a URI scheme that can be used from a browser. The scheme prefix is weixin://.
There are a few URIs that can be used with this:
weixin://dl/stickers
weixin://dl/settings
weixin://dl/posts
weixin://dl/moments
