We'll need a bit more to go on that just that error.  What web site are you accessing that gives this error?  Is it a site your have built, or a public site?  It looks like the error is being thrown on line 463 of the index.asp file in the root of the site, can you provide that file?

Hello

you don't have access to the code ?  the error said that a variable clng is null and  because in the code you do not handle this case where the variable clng is null so you have this error.
It is a public web site

www.imoto.it
Sorry im totally green to all this tech talk and how to look further into all apart from what it shows me  on initial page
Since that's a public site, they have a problem and there is nothing you can do to fix it.  The English version seems to come up though:

https://www.imoto.it/en/

If you could find contact info you could let them know they have a problem, but the dates in the user forum are pretty old, so not sure it's a terribly active site or initiative now.

For a public web site, there is not much you can do as the error isn't from your side.
Maybe contact the site admin, and wait for them to fix the issue.
You might try and contact them via their facebook page:

Okay , is this anything to do with there certificate ? Are they a safe site do you know ?
I don't think so, web browsers display a pop-up message box when there is a certificate issue.
It looks like a programming error.

Just report the error via e-mail or Facebook or whatever, everything else isn't your concern.
Thank you everyone that took the time to help answer my question
