I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 all-in-one printer. When I send data to the printer (wireless connect) it will not printer the data for a number of minutes. I have checked everything I can to solve this issue with the printer. I need help.

Look in Devices and Printers, Printer Server Management, Driver tab and see what port is being used. It is likely a WSD port used by HP.

My own HP 8610 uses this on two machines and there is a ten to fifteen second delay . The printer is on an Ethernet cable.

Wireless should not take 10 minutes.

Try first connecting wired, restart all and test.

Otherwise, try removing the printer, deleting the driver and reinstalling the newest driver (OJ8600_1315-1 or newer)

often reinstalling the driver - or updating it helps
check what HP says about it :  https://support.hp.com/emea_middle_east-en/document/bud03409
