Hybrid Environment - Endpoint

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem in Exchange 2013 hybrid exchange environment, can I help myself?

The client had 2 Cas and 2 MBX in the old Data Center, a new CAS was installed in the new Datacenter.

When I try to create a new endpoint this is giving error in the FQDN of the address, a doubt.

When installing a new CAS, I need to move arbitration mailbox ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If there is only a CAS in the new datacenter, where would you move it to? :-)

What is the error?

The error that is occurring is the one shown in the image ...

When I asked to start the old CAS + Mail ... I was able to create the endpoint but these CAS will be removed ... I have to run this new CAS.
