McAfee Drive Encryption Password

after changing password on a different system user is unable to log into his encrypted laptop. is there a way to resolve this issue using the McAfee EPO web interface

You have to do a recover with the administrator. And make sure that SSO is enabled, etc. MDE has always been kinda quirky like that. I was glad when we get rid of it in favor of BitLocker.
