What is the session timeout configured on the WLAN? Have you upgraded the drivers of the wireless computers and turned off power saving features?

hello
i did extend session timeout by below configuration, but it doesn't help, also windows driver is up to date
that is wired cell phone is no such problem, and to compare windows 7 and 10 with same laptop, win10 is much better, which check the "uptime" via web management interface it could last 8 or more hours, but window 7 could only last the not longer than 1 hour.
thanks

The WLAN itself should have a session timeout configured. Your config just shows the EAP timeout values. Can you post a copy of the AP config so that we can see it?

mikecr,
Were you still going to be able to assist here?

Do me a favor and enable some of your lower data rates and go into the WLAN and turn off the session timeout. Yours is currently set to:

Session Timeout.................................. 1800 seconds
