powershell for folder stats

is there an easy way in powershell to provide a path e.g. \\server\share\directory, and the script produce for all files and directories in that path to include filename, type, size, date modified, date accessed, date created fields, and output to CSV? I need a quick tool to analyse activity on working folders to ensure when staff say they have worked on a file that the date stamps correlate with this and they aren't lying.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
